The Upper Valley Aquatic Center introduces The Rest Revolution, a 4-week small-group program designed to help you reduce stress, improve sleep, and restore balance through gentle movement and practical wellness education. Each 60-minute session includes 30 minutes of education and 30 minutes of movement to reset your mind and body.

WEEKLY THEMES
WEEK 1: RECENTER — Let Go of Stress
- Learn how stress affects the body and practice simple “micro-recovery” habits.
- Gentle mobility, yoga-inspired flow, and guided breathing for tension release.

WEEK 2: RESTORE — Build Better Sleep Habits
- Discover the science of sleep and create a nightly “wind-down” routine.
- Gentle stretches, hip and spine mobility, breathwork, and relaxation.

WEEK 3: REVIVE — Move to Calm
- Learn how movement supports hormones and mood balance.
- Practice low-impact, Pilates-inspired movement to energize without exhaustion.

WEEK 4: RECHARGE — Plan for a Balanced Year
- Learn habit-stacking to maintain calm and energy throughout the year.
- Full-body flow, reset meditation, and gratitude journaling.
