Fitness Philosophy: Strength begins at establishing a concrete functional foundation. We all stem from various backgrounds and experience levels with fitness and nutrition. I meet clients where they are at and provide progressive and systematic exercise programming to improve balance, flexibility, strength, and performance as a whole starting with addressing and building upon our foundation.
Favorite Exercises: Single Leg RDL, Single Leg Anti-rotational Medicine Ball Chop, Combo Movements.
Favorite Equipment: Dumbbells/Kettlebells, Resistance Bands, TRX.
Enjoys: Hiking, scenic long walks, running, mazes, board games, TV nights with family.
