Make Reservations for Lap Swimming • Group Classes for Land and Water
Reservations are required for Lap Lane Swimming in the Competition Pool and Group Exercise Classes (land and water).
Members may reserve Lap Lanes and Group Exercise Classes up to three (3) days in advance using the reservation app. In the app, members can also manage payment methods, view schedules, and verify upcoming appointments.
Non-Members and Day Pass users may only register for Group Exercise Classes on the day of their visit, based on availability. This policy does not apply to Lap Lane reservations.

Looking for a specific class?
Our group fitness schedules are organized by room location, not by class type. Some classes—like Zumba, TRX, and Dance Skills—may be held in the Mind Body Studio, even though that space traditionally hosts yoga and Pilates.
