More About Meredith
I grew up in the Akron/Cleveland area of Ohio and have called the Upper Valley home since 2008.
After moving to the area, I joined the UVAC swim team and quickly developed a strong connection to the aquatics community. A few years later, I began working as a lifeguard and eventually expanded my role to include teaching swim lessons. Over the past 10 years, I've had the opportunity to grow within the Swim School, and I'm excited to now serve as Assistant Swim School Director.
I enjoy helping swimmers improve their technique and efficiency in the water, particularly when it comes to freestyle. Whether working with beginners or more experienced swimmers, I love seeing confidence grow as swimmers develop safe, effective skills and a lifelong love of the water.
When I'm not at the pool, you'll often find me attending local community events, especially live music performances and painting events.
