Swim Instructor
Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I moved to the area for a full-time job in natural resources and was simply looking for a place to swim for fun. That’s when I found UVAC and saw they were hiring swim instructors, so I applied right away. I love working with swimmers of all ages, but I especially enjoy helping kids who are preparing for the swim team or are already on the team and want to sharpen their skills. I also really enjoy teaching adults who are comfortable in the water and want to improve their technique. A fun fact about me is that I tried open water swimming for the first time last summer and absolutely loved it. I’m looking forward to doing more of that this year.
