Sarah Lange, a Registered Dietitian from Whole Health Nutrition, will discuss how the types of foods we eat can help reduce inflammation in our bodies. Inflammation can be caused by a variety of factors–whether it is a medical condition, genetic predisposition, stress, lack of exercise, or food allergies. While we can’t control all the factors that result in inflammation, we can manage certain conditions by focusing on what we eat, our activity level, and maintaining mindfulness about stressors in our lives.
