I am an ultra-marathoner, Ironman, NPC Bikini Competitor, rock climber, cross country skier, soccer player, and referee. Yoga, Pilates and Barre bring strength, balance, and ground my other athletic endeavors. The best part of exercise is that, it is a practice. Wherever you are in that moment you are exactly where you need to be. I like to combine Yoga/ Pilates/Barre with High intensity intervals for a full athletic fusion. I believe a healthy, balanced lifestyle is essential and I love sharing what I have learned in my journey!
