High Expectations In and Out of the Pool

The Upper Valley Aquatic Club (UVAC) is an educational competitive swimming program that strives to build the strongest swimmers possible while focusing on the development of the whole person.

Our goal is to provide an environment that supports the needs of our swimmers from entry level through college and beyond. We introduce individuals to UVAC by emphasizing impeccable skill achievement and then strive for commitment in the pool, classroom, and all aspects of life as appropriate to the child’s age (great citizens and students).

We work to progress our swimmers to become successful student athletes and to master essential life skills such as time management, work ethic, commitment, goal setting and especially emotional intelligence (self-awareness, self-regulation and empathy for others). We will facilitate the growth of each individual member through our commitment to these life skills.

Our professional coaching staff creates a uniquely enthusiastic and exciting educational atmosphere, but part of our success is related to the importance of having fun as well. This positive atmosphere is aligned with producing dedicated and passionate people who will apply their competitive swimming experiences to every area of their lives for a bright and powerful future.
