Wellness Coaching is for anyone who wants total accountability in achieving their health and fitness goals. Are you ready to feel empowered to adopt and sustain a healthy, balanced lifestyle? Whether you want to lose weight, eat healthier, prevent and/or manage a chronic disease, or make powerful habit shifts, you will acquire the tools to achieve your goals. Your Wellness Coach will hold you accountable and create a customized action plan including: nutritional support and recommendations, lifestyle hacks, mindset
training, diet log reviews, healthy grocery and pantry strategies, and more. You are guaranteed to have clear steps to take to make the changes you need.

Wellness Consultation

What this includes:

  • 30-minute consultation with a Wellness Coach
  • Identify the areas in your life that need attention most in order to achieve your health and fitness goals
  • Review of your health history, current health concerns, short term as well as long term goals
  • Wellness Coach will create a customized action plan
  • Choose from one of our packages including: nutritional support and recommendations, accountability coaching, diet log reviews, healthy grocery and pantry strategies, and more.
  • Consultation offers you a guarantee that you will walk away with at least one powerful action step.

Wellness Coaching

This package is for you if you want to take your fitness all the way and achieve your health goals! It is a perfect add-on to your current fitness regime with your personal trainer, small group training programs, as well as our Well & Fit program. You will meet with a wellness coach to identify how your diet and lifestyle can support your fitness goals, then a 4-week customized
action plan will be created.

What this includes:
30-minute sessions, virtual or in-person* (billed the same as Personal Training)
60-minute sessions, virtual or in-person* (billed the same as Personal Training)
Action Plans between session: recipe recommendations, mindset & lifestyle tools
Support via email or text: recipe recommendations, mindset & lifestyle tools

Meal Plan

A 2-week custom meal plan with simple recipes designed to help you reach your goals and feel your best. Whether you want to lose weight, gain weight, eat healthier, or simply try new foods, this plan is for you!

What this includes:
2-week meal plan and a grocery list
1 x 60-minute initial consultation for new clients, virtual or in-person
1 x 30-minute session for repeat clients, virtual or in-person
