TRX YOGA
Mix it up with this course that will show you how to infuse TRX Suspension Training into your yoga practice with a fresh evolution of movement meant to assist and challenge traditional poses. UVAC Water Polo Club: Youth Water Polo Clinic
This two-hour clinic is a crash course in water polo. Children will learn valuable swimming and treading skills, receive a basic introduction to the rules of the game, and finish with a high-energy scrimmage. $10 member/$15 non-member. Golf Workshop: Fix your Body, Fix Your Swing
Fix your body, fix your swing! Join TPI-Certified Coach, Sean Fitzgerald, in preparing for the 2022 Spring golf season in this 6-week small-group training program. Golf is a sport with repetitive movements which can be harmful to the body over time. Strengthening muscles can help reduce adverse effects and allow you to play well for years to come. This program will address disordered movement, strengthen and balance muscles groups, stabilize weak areas of the body, and help you play a solid golf game without discomfort or pain. *$420/members | $480/non-members

*Includes 9 holes of golf at the Lake Morey Resort at the conclusion of the course when resort opens.

LAND & SEA HEALTH AND HEALING: Spring Training For Joint Replacement
Stay independent and keep doing what you love forever. This 12-week class is designed for those who are candidates for knee or hip joint replacement surgery and want to increase their odds for a smooth recovery. Developed from research on joint mechanics, aging, neuro-plasticity and brain health. Workouts will be twice a week, exploring land exercise Tuesdays and UVAC’s Warm Water Pool Thursdays.

YOUR INSTRUCTOR: Ann Greenwald, MS
A certified movement coach and personal trainer with advanced degrees in Biomechanics, Neurokinetic Therapy, and Reiki. She is an expert in issues with physical pain and discomfort and specializes in chronic joint pain conditions. Ann is here to help you move with ease, age with grace, and feel great again.
