GET A MYZONE ACTIVITY TRACKER FOR BETTER TRAINING
Your MyZone Activity tracker keep records of ALL your workouts with an easy to use app on your smart phone.  It keeps track of your heart rate percentages, calories burned, and MyZone Effort Points (MEPs)!  MEPs are used to make your effort normalized based on age and gender. MZ-SWITCH AT THE PRO SHOP
Many improvements from the MZ-3 which include:
1) waterproof and can be used in a pool from lap swimming to classes
2) comfort for all users and as there are three ways to wear it; wrist, forearm and chest
3) customizability-lots of fun band colors to choose from
MZ-Switch retails online at $159.99 and will be $129.99 at UVAC Pro Shop.  The MZ-3 cost will go up to $99.00 unless you are participating in small group training where a band is required. For instance a class like Shed and Shred or working 1/1 personal training, the price will remain at $60.00.

FREE REMOTE WORKOUTS
UVAC and MyZone are working together to offer members with MyZone straps FREE Virtual classes via the MyZone app: Power Yoga, Body Weight Burn, Strength (free weights/bands encouraged but not limited to), Boxing, Cardio Club (cardio equipment preferred but not limited to) offers real time feedback with the option for participants to listen to their own music and experience that studio buzz.

TO GET INVOLVED, SIMPLY:

  1. Tap “Book a Class” in the MyZone app
  2. Select your class from the timetable
  3. Join the class from the timetable or workout screen, five minutes before it starts
