Small Group Training Can Help You Make REAL Change!

UVAC now offers five small group training options to help you reach all your fitness goals. Sit to Fit for those who want to enjoy exercise in a moderately paced group environment. You will learn proper form, improve your endurance, coordination, strength, and balance! SHED and SHRED an intensive training program for weight loss, strength and cardiovascular fitness. Rowing 1.0, also a Shed and Shred Program but with rowing.  UVAC Strong for anyone striving to improve their performance. And Pilates Essential Reformer, the essentials of Pilates with the Reformer machine to sculpt long, lean muscles for a noticeable difference in your posture. Get more motivation and accountability by working in a small group.
